ΕΠΙΜΕΝΩ directly translates to “I Persevere” which is most fitting for this new mythology design. Here we have Sisyphus pushing a boulder up a mountain. He was the king of Ephyra but was punished for his self-aggrandizement by being forced to roll up an immense boulder to the top of a mountain, only to watch it roll back down. He was to repeat this action for all eternity, without end.

Despite this daunting task, condemned to an eternity of struggle, Sisyphus endured. Within all of our lifting journeys there is this component of struggle but like Sisyphus we must learn to be content with the process, finding meaning in our labour.

This is how we mentally cultivate resilience and like Sisyphus, persevere despite the overwhelming, seemingly impossible obstacles.
